Terms of Service

Welcome to Mead Technology Solutions, LLC. By engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Mead Technology Solutions, LLC agrees to provide the digital marketing services described in the proposal or contract (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.). We will perform these services in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and ad accounts required for Mead Technology Solutions, LLC to perform its duties. The Client is responsible for the legality of the content provided to us for use in ads or on the website.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are due as outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Monthly retainer fees are generally billed in advance. Late payments may result in a pause of service or ad spend.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, any ad creative, copy, or strategies developed by Mead Technology Solutions, LLC specifically for the Client will become the property of the Client upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mead Technology Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services during the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a specific contract term (e.g., 6 months) has been agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
